The hotel offers amazing views out over the harbour and a fantastic view across the harbour to the Abbey. The service was outstanding, always friendly and caring. The location is right in the heart of Whitby, providing a truly convenient stay. The dining experience was delightful with Eggs Benedict that were very yummy. However, there could be some improvements in certain areas.

The location, right on the harbour side, is superb, close to all attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, but there were limited options.
